China Travel Hacks provides the referral and introduction service. It is not the travel agency and does not provide the tour, transportation, accommodation, driver, guide, ticket, booking or travel-support services requested by the customer.
After a valid formal introduction, the customer and the selected travel agency communicate directly and independently decide whether to proceed.

- 3China Travel Hacks verifies the order and reviews the submission for completeness and service fit.
- 4Potential licensed travel agencies are screened for destination coverage, capability, communication, relevant experience and overall fit.
- 5When a reasonably suitable agency is identified, China Travel Hacks sends the approved referral summary and completes one formal introduction.
- 6If the first agency does not respond within 3 business days after the introduction, or confirms before substantive discussions that it cannot evaluate the request, China Travel Hacks attempts one reasonable replacement introduction when an alternative is available.
- 7If no reasonably suitable agency or replacement can be identified, the full US$99.90 referral fee is refunded.
- 8Once a reasonably suitable agency acknowledges that it is willing to evaluate the request, the referral service is considered delivered.
- 9The customer and the travel agency then communicate directly and independently decide whether to proceed.
China Travel Hacks is responsible for careful needs review, reasonable screening and completing the referral process described above.
China Travel Hacks does not guarantee that the customer and the selected agency will agree on the itinerary, price, contract terms, payment terms, availability or final service arrangement.

A Full Refund Applies When
- The submitted request does not fit the referral service and no formal introduction is completed.
- China Travel Hacks cannot identify a reasonably suitable licensed travel agency based on the complete original request.
- The first agency does not respond or cannot evaluate the request, and no reasonably suitable replacement can be identified.
A Refund Is Not Automatic When
- The customer rejects an agency’s reasonable proposal or price.
- The customer and agency do not agree on itinerary details, contract terms or payment terms.
- Availability, supplier prices or trip requirements change after the introduction.
- The customer materially changes the dates, destinations, budget, traveler profile or required services after screening begins.
- The customer does not respond to a necessary clarification request.

- China Travel Hacks does not make bookings or payments.
- China Travel Hacks does not participate in ongoing negotiations after the formal introduction.
- China Travel Hacks does not manage suppliers or trip execution.
- China Travel Hacks does not handle agency refunds, disputes, complaints or compensation claims.
- China Travel Hacks does not provide emergency or real-time travel support.
- China Travel Hacks does not guarantee that the customer and agency will reach a final agreement.
Process
Processing Timeline and Clarification
The standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days after the Whop order has been verified and all required information has been received.
If important information is missing, China Travel Hacks may send one consolidated clarification request. The processing timeline begins after the requested information has been received.
The customer may submit one short, consolidated clarification request within 5 days after the referral outcome is delivered.
The clarification must relate to the original referral process and does not include ongoing coordination with the travel agency.
Purchase
Before You Purchase
The US$99.90 payment covers the China Travel Hacks needs review, requirement organization, agency screening, match assessment and referral process.
The payment is not a tour deposit, booking deposit, travel credit or payment toward services offered by the selected travel agency.
The customer must provide complete and accurate information.
The customer must authorize the sharing of approved non-sensitive information before a formal referral can be completed.
A selected agency may contact the customer directly.
After a valid formal introduction, the customer and the agency communicate directly.
If no reasonably suitable agency or replacement can be identified based on the complete original request, the full US$99.90 referral fee is refunded.
After the service is validly delivered, disagreement over price, itinerary, terms or final arrangements does not automatically create a refund right for the referral fee.
If China Travel Hacks later receives a referral commission, cooperation fee or other material benefit from an introduced agency, it will be disclosed where appropriate.

Submit your dates, destinations, traveler needs, budget and service requirements. China Travel Hacks will review the request, screen potential licensed travel agencies and complete a formal introduction when a reasonably suitable match is available.
Full refund if no reasonably suitable licensed travel agency or replacement can be identified based on your complete original request. The referral fee is separate from all prices, deposits and payments quoted by the travel agency.
