Overview
Positioning
This service is designed for travelers whose China trip is too long, complex, specialized, or highly constrained for a standard planning package.
The trip may involve several cities or regions, complex transfers, different arrival groups, children or older travelers whose needs materially affect the route, heavy luggage, mobility considerations, fixed bookings, higher comfort requirements, private transport, remote destinations, or special-interest research.
I assess the complete planning brief, identify the main route and constraint decisions, and build a deeply personalized structure that balances sightseeing, transport, comfort, traveler needs, reservations, booking priorities, and realistic backup planning.
The result is a practical advanced plan you can use to make your own bookings. This is not a travel-agency, booking, concierge, or real-time travel-support service.
Who This Is For
- Your trip is usually longer than 10 days.
- You are considering more than four core cities.
- The route crosses several provinces, regions, or long distances.
- There are several important intercity transfers or critical transfer days.
- Different travelers may arrive or depart at different times.
- Children, older travelers, heavy luggage, mobility needs, stamina, or accessibility materially affect the route.
- You want to reduce hotel changes and unnecessary physical strain.
- You need higher-comfort transport or accommodation logic.
- You are considering private drivers or more complex transport arrangements.
- You want to visit remote, nature-based, minority-region, or special-interest destinations.
- You already have multiple non-refundable bookings that constrain the plan.
- You need one primary route and, when a genuine strategic choice exists, up to one meaningful alternative route.
- You need stronger backup planning for weather, fatigue, reservation failure, or transport changes.
- The trip requires more research and local-platform verification than a standard plan.
Family travel alone does not determine the service level.
If the trip is 6–10 days, usually covers 2–4 core cities, and does not require extensive coordination, Standard China Trip Planning may be sufficient.
What Makes This Advanced
- Deeper route strategy and city-order analysis
- Comparison of approximately three internal route strategies when useful before selecting the recommendation
- Trade-off analysis between time, comfort, transport, cost, and priority experiences
- A clear explanation of why the final plan changes important parts of the original idea when changes are necessary
- More complex transport comparisons and coordination of long-distance travel days
- Detailed analysis of critical transfer days and failure points
- Traveler-specific pacing, comfort, mobility, luggage, and recovery planning
- Integration of fixed or non-refundable bookings
- Special-interest, remote-destination, or less familiar regional research
- More local-map, official-source, booking-platform, and manual verification
- Clear critical decisions and items that can remain flexible
- A phased booking strategy and key backup plans
The purpose is not to make the plan longer or more complicated. The purpose is to make a complex trip realistic, coherent, and easier to execute.

Scope
Route Options and Backup Planning
The base advanced service is designed around one primary recommended route.
When there is a real strategic choice, the confirmed scope may include up to one meaningful alternative route. The alternative is included only when the traveler must choose between genuinely different route priorities.
Backup planning may focus on critical transfer days, weather-sensitive activities, fatigue or mobility limitations, reservation failure, temporary closure, transport disruption, remote-destination access, and reducing physical strain.
The service does not include unlimited complete route combinations, several independent itineraries, or unlimited backup plans unless separately scoped and quoted.
Hotel, Comfort and Traveler-Specific Planning
Depending on the confirmed scope, advanced planning may include recommended accommodation areas, reduced-hotel-change strategies, hotel-location logic for complex transfer days, family-room or elevator considerations, walking-distance and late-arrival needs, public-information review of a limited number of major hotel candidates, and comfort trade-offs.
It does not normally include unlimited hotel research, real-time rates or inventory monitoring, contacting every hotel, negotiating rates, making reservations, paying hotels, guaranteeing foreign-passport acceptance, or luxury-concierge services.

Process
How Scope and Pricing Work
Advanced China Trip Planning starts at $799.
The final scope and price depend on the trip length, number of core cities, route complexity, traveler needs, existing bookings, requested planning depth, accommodation requirements, special-interest research, and the number of complete route options requested.
I review the submitted information before formal planning begins. If the trip fits the base advanced scope, the starting price applies. If the request exceeds that scope, I confirm the additional work and final price before planning begins.
You may accept the additional scope or reduce the requested scope to remain within the starting-price service.
No additional work or additional charge begins without scope and price confirmation.
Additional scope may be required for significantly longer trips, many cities or remote regions, different arrival groups, more than one alternative complete route, extensive private-driver or premium-transport research, deep hotel-by-hotel research, significant accessibility coordination, many conflicting non-refundable bookings, extensive special-interest research, or planning depth beyond the base advanced service.
How It Works
- 1Complete the existing Whop checkout for the starting-price advanced service.
- 2Submit the Advanced China Trip Planning intake form with your dates, traveler profile, destinations, budget, existing bookings, comfort requirements, and planning concerns.
- 3I verify the order, assess the information, and determine whether the request fits the base advanced scope.
- 4If additional scope is required, I confirm the final planning scope and price before formal work begins. Any additional payment must be completed before the expanded work starts.
- 5After scope confirmation, I research the route, transport, accommodation logic, reservations, traveler constraints, critical decisions, and backup needs.
- 6Receive your personalized English Advanced China Trip Plan PDF within the confirmed delivery timeline.
- 7Submit up to three consolidated minor revision or clarification messages within 14 days after delivery.
Your form submission, scope confirmation, working records, PDF, and delivery emails may be retained as service-delivery records.
Deliverables
Delivery Timeline and Three Revision Rounds
The personalized PDF is usually delivered within 7–14 business days after the base order or payment is verified, complete planning information is received, the final scope and price are confirmed, and any required additional payment is completed.
The exact timing depends on the confirmed complexity and is communicated before formal planning begins.
The service includes three minor revision or clarification rounds. Each round must be sent as one consolidated message, submitted within 14 days after the original PDF is delivered, remain within the confirmed dates, traveler group, main route scope, planning depth, and budget direction, and focus on limited adjustment rather than complete redesign.
Minor revisions may include adjusting nights between existing cities, replacing a limited number of attractions, refining one or two transfer days, adjusting pacing, changing a limited number of accommodation-area recommendations, making a limited change between the primary and included alternative route, correcting a misunderstood traveler need, or updating the plan after a relevant confirmed rule or schedule change.
Minor revisions do not include replacing the entire city or regional structure, adding several new regions, substantially extending the trip, adding a new traveler group, changing to a different budget or travel style, requesting several new complete routes, rebuilding the plan, unlimited messages, or on-trip support.
