Delivery timeline
Timeline is confirmed based on route complexity. Usually 7–14 business days. Complex routes, peak season, long trips, family complexity, or extra checking may require more time.
Included revision / clarification rounds
Includes 3 revision / clarification rounds. Included rounds must be used within 14 days after delivery and are limited to the original service scope: pace adjustment, partial city-order optimization, hotel-area logic, transport connection refinement, and partial experience alternatives.

- Ticket purchasing or payment on your behalf
- Legal, visa, financial, medical, or official-policy advice
- Real-time accompaniment
- 24-hour customer service
- Serving as a travel agency, tour guide, or driver
- Signing contracts for you
- Guaranteeing third-party service fulfillment
- Taking responsibility for third-party-caused problems
What is not guaranteed
- Any hotel, transport, attraction, payment system, network, weather, local policy, visa, entry process, third-party service, or emergency event operating according to plan
- Unlimited redesign after major scope changes
