Overview

Positioning

This service is for travelers who want a practical China trip built from the ground up instead of trying to combine scattered recommendations by themselves.

You provide your travel dates, arrival and departure cities, interests, budget, pace, traveler profile, must-see experiences, and important limitations. I turn that information into a structured 6–10 day independent China trip plan, usually covering 2–4 core cities.

The plan helps you decide where to go, how long to stay, how to organize each day by area, how to move between cities, where to stay within each city, and which reservations or preparation steps should be completed before departure.

You remain responsible for making and paying for all bookings. This service provides planning and practical decision support, not travel-agency fulfillment.

Who This Is For

  • You are planning a 6–10 day independent trip to China.
  • You have travel dates and general interests but do not yet have a complete itinerary.
  • You are considering 2–4 core cities and are unsure which order makes the most sense.
  • You do not know how many nights to spend in each city.
  • You want each day organized around realistic areas and compatible attractions.
  • You want practical intercity transport suggestions instead of guessing between trains and flights.
  • You want hotel-area guidance based on the route, arrival, departure, and transport needs.
  • You want attraction reservation, closure-day, real-name ticketing, and booking reminders included.
  • You want basic payment, internet, essential-app, local-transport, and offline-information preparation included.
  • You are traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or as an ordinary family with standard planning needs.
  • You want one primary recommended route and a structured plan you can use to make your own bookings.

If you already have a complete itinerary and only want it reviewed, the China Itinerary Risk Review may be more suitable.

If the trip is longer, significantly more complex, involves more than four core cities, multiple arrival groups, extensive special requirements, private transport, high-end customization, or multiple route scenarios, Advanced China Trip Planning may be more suitable.

Having children or older travelers does not automatically require the advanced service. The correct service depends on actual planning complexity.

Scope

What I Will Plan

  • Adjustments when the requested city list is too ambitious

Daily Area and Attraction Structure

  • A clear focus for each day

Arrival and Departure Planning

  • First-day arrival structure and a realistic first-night plan
  • Transfer from the arrival point to the recommended hotel area
  • Final-day departure structure
  • Airport or railway-station buffer considerations

Hotel-Area Guidance

  • A preferred accommodation area in each core city
  • A practical alternative area when useful

  • Areas that may create unnecessary daily travel for this plan

Attraction and Reservation Planning

  • Important attractions and experiences that fit your interests
  • Closure-day and scheduling considerations

Boundaries

Hotel-Area Guidance Boundaries

This service provides hotel-area guidance, not hotel shopping. I recommend suitable areas, explain how they relate to attractions and transport, and may give a basic location opinion on a limited number of hotel candidates you provide.

The service does not include unlimited hotel comparisons, real-time room rates or inventory, contacting every hotel, booking accommodation, or guaranteeing foreign-passport acceptance.

Scope

What You Need to Provide

  • Your name, contact email, and the email used for your Whop purchase
  • Arrival and departure dates, cities, and approximate times
  • Total number of days in mainland China
  • Number of travelers and traveler profile
  • Whether this is your first trip to China
  • Children, older travelers, walking limitations, or general pacing considerations
  • Cities or places you are interested in visiting
  • Places that must be included and places you do not want included
  • Main travel goals, interests, and must-see experiences
  • Preferred travel pace and balance between structure and free time
  • Approximate trip and hotel budget
  • Hotel style and location preferences
  • Flights, trains, hotels, or attractions already booked
  • Transport preferences
  • Basic payment, internet, and app readiness
  • Your top 1–3 planning concerns
  • Anything that should not be changed unless necessary

The quality of the final plan depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you submit.

Boundaries

Do Not Submit Sensitive Information

  • Passport numbers or passport photos
  • Full bank card numbers or CVV codes
  • Full private home addresses
  • Medical records or detailed private medical information
  • Full booking confirmation numbers
  • Payment screenshots containing sensitive details
  • Any other highly sensitive personal information

Only practical trip-planning information is required.

How It Works

  1. 1Complete checkout through Whop.

  3. 3Provide your dates, preferred cities, interests, budget, pace, traveler profile, current bookings, and top planning concerns.

  5. 5Receive your personalized English Standard China Trip Plan PDF by email within the delivery timeline.
  6. 6Submit up to two consolidated minor revision or clarification messages within 10 days after delivery.

Your form submission, working records, PDF, and delivery emails may be retained as service-delivery records.

Deliverables

Delivery Timeline and Revision Rounds

Your PDF is usually delivered within 5–7 business days after the matching paid order is verified, complete planning information is received, and the requested scope is confirmed to fit the $499 service.

If important details are missing or the request appears more complex than the standard service allows, I may request clarification before planning begins. The delivery timeline starts after the required information and scope confirmation are complete.

The service includes two minor revision or clarification rounds. Each round must be sent as one consolidated message, submitted within 10 days after the original PDF is delivered, remain within the original dates, traveler profile, route scope, and planning brief, and focus on limited adjustment rather than complete redesign.

Minor revisions may include adjusting nights between existing cities, moving or replacing a small number of attractions, clarifying transport choices, making a limited pacing adjustment, or correcting one relevant preference that was misunderstood.

Minor revisions do not include replacing all cities, substantially extending the trip, adding several new cities, requesting multiple complete routes, changing the trip into a different travel style, rebuilding the full plan, or unlimited messaging.

Boundaries
